Condo Fees have been approved for 2012 and all Owners are asked to make the correct payments starting with the January 2012 Condominium fees. Payment books have been mailed; if you haven't received one, please contact Harvard. Owners who have arranged for Automated Payments via their Financial Institution will need to adjust the payment amount and reflect the new account number for the 2012 fees of $442/ month for a Detached Unit $319/ month ($311 Condo fees plus $8 Irrigation fees) for a Townhouse Unit |
