Harvard Management’s business hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are calling after normal business hours, please listen carefully for instructions regarding emergencies. Do not press the extension for your Property Manager or you will by-pass the emergency connection and will get connected to Property Manager'sl voice mail. If you are having difficulty hearing the operator or if you get a constant busy signal, please hang up and call (603) 645-5175. Please make sure that you tell the operator you are calling from a Harvard-managed property.

Maintenance requests
Please use the maintenance form to submit work requests. If you're unsure of whether you are responsible for a maintenance item, an extensive list is provided in your Homeowner's Guide, and there is also a summary online.Your first point of contact for issues about property management should be the Property Management Company above. Use the Maintenance form here on the web; this way the Property Manager and all of the Board members receive your maintenance request.
Neighborhood Watch program
The community has a neighborhood watch program. If you see something suspicious in the community, please use this form to collect relevant information. Call the police to report the activity, and submit the form so that the neighborhood watch members can track problems in the our neighborhood. Thanks!
