Use this form to send a maintenance request to Harvard. A copy is sent to all Board members.

Notes:

• You should hear from Harvard, via phone or email, within 2-3 business days of submitting this form. The time required to actually resolve the issue will depend on the severity and circumstances. If your maintenance request is not getting addressed, Harvard is your primary point of contact about it.
• Use the "Urgency" to indicate the seriousness of the problem -- not necessarily the same as how strongly you feel about it. A flood is urgent. A trampled garden is upsetting and needs to be reported , but doesn't require the Manager to be on-site with the hour!

• Don't suffer in silence: If you don't hear back from Harvard after a second attempt to contact them, or are not satisfied with the result, have Harvard request review of your issue by the VBH Board. This helps the Board monitor potential issues or trends with the ongoing management of the property, and of course helps you get the outcome you're looking for.

Requests using this form are monitored during normal business hours. If you have an emergency, you should call. This approach ensures that the Board is aware of the problem, and the Management company's after-hours support can address the problem.

Painting

VBH paints units based on need which averages out to be about every 8 years. The table below shows the current projected paint year which is subject to change based on annual Board Walk Around to assess Association's asset conditions. Some units may be deleted or added to any one paint year if an adjustment to paint schedule is warranted based on the condition of the unit.
